Grilled Olive & Mozzarella Bruschetta

Preparation

  1. Slice a breadstick into 1/2” slices and toast lightly.
  2. Rub a cut garlic clove on one side of each slice.
  3. Top each slice with a teaspoon of chopped black olives.
  4. Cover each slice with Shredded Mozzarella and decorate with a halved olive (pip removed).
  5. Grill under a hot grill until the cheese has melted and starts to go brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
