Char-Grilled Capsicum Cheese Dip

  • 2 large red capsicums, seeded and cut into quarters
  • 150g Tempo Quarg cheese
  • 50g Grated Parmesan
  • Salt and cracked black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Chopped flat leaf parsley, to serve


  1. Place the capsicums (face down) on a stovetop or barbecue grill on high heat and cook for 6-8 minutes or until the skin is charred
  2. Remove the capsicum from and place in a plastic bag and seal for 10 minutes (the capsicum flesh will ‘sweat’ off the skin)
  3. Remove the capsicums from the bag and peel the skin and place all ingredients and capsicums in a food processor and process for 2-3 minutes or until the required texture is achieved
