Fresh Tomato, Cheddar & Herb Crusted Baguette

Preparation

  1. Slice a freshly baked French Baguette lengthwise and put the two halves side by side, cut side up on a baking tray.
  2. Sprinkle liberally with Tempo Shredded Cheddar, and then top with sliced tomatoes, chopped rosemary and thyme.
  3. Sprinkle more Shredded Cheddar on top and more chopped herbs.
  4. Bake in a moderate oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese melts and starts to bubble.
  5. Serve as normal bread during any meal.
